*Seasonal/Holiday Items Are "Final Sale" * Non-Returnable
Simply Styled Season has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. And we must receive the item back in original condition within 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects, or Wrong Item
Keep in mind that many of our products are hand-crafted, one-of-a-kind pieces, and/or made to look distressed/vintage/antique, so colors or finishes may vary.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
*For defective or damaged items contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and include pictures of the damage.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), or any item marked as "Final Sale" or "Sold As Is" Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
*Restriction may apply to holiday specific items - If a Holiday Specific item is purchased. For example: You purchase a sign that says "Merry Christmas". The return would need to be initiated and back to our warehouse 5 Days Prior to the Holiday. This restriction on Holiday Returns applies October 1st through December 25th, covering Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
This will also apply January 1st - February 14th for Valentines Day.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus original and return shipping fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

This includes original shipping fess and the return shipping.
Shipping costs us on average $12.00 per order and large/heavy items can cost over $30.00.
These fess will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer's remorse returns, such as changed my mind, thought it was going to be larger or smaller, don't like the color/quality, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.
Exceptions for items received damaged, or errors on our part, such as sending the wrong item.
